This piece is to represent the beauty of the snow, and a reminder of my Scottish background. The highland cow has been an iconic figure of Scotland for many years, and I love to incorporate personal aspects into my art.

The fog coming from its great mouth is showing the warmth these animals can produce, even when in the freezing winter.
