This piece shows a pony, close to the observer, looking with a particular interest, and a bright sun glare which is fighting through the trees to reach you.

The piece is a reminder that, although the winter is often known as being dark and depressing, there is a reason for it. We should take the winter as an opportunity to rest and refresh our minds.

I’ve always loved the snow, and this piece is a reflection of my infatuation with it.
