This acrylic painting presents a golden Borzoi dog, carefully placed onto a composition of colourful and vibrant pansies. The dark background works as an instrument to enhance the colours of the dog and the flowers. Borzoi, or the Russian Hunting Sighthound, is known for it's long and agile body, previously bred to fight wolves. These dogs can symbolise wealth and prestige.
